To ensure you are alerted correctly of any important messages sent by the school/Centre, please follow these steps.

  • Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  • Tap Notifications
  • Tap mySchoolApp
  • Check the settings match the image below (example iOS 11.2.2)
