What should I do if I've reinstalled the app?

If you have previously been logged in to mySchoolApp and have had to reinstall, please follow these steps to get access again.

• Open the app.
• Enter your school name
• Tap Sign in
• Enter the email address you originally registered with
• Enter your Password*. If you can't remember it tap the Forgotten Password button. This will send a reminder. Again, enter the email address you originally registered with.
  * 6 characters, comprising at least 1 capital letter and 1 numeral
• Once you've entered the correct Password tap Enter. If your phone is Touch /Face ID compatible you will be offered the chance to enable that feature for mySchoolApp at this point.
