I've updated the app but can't login

If you're an existing user and find you can't login for some reason, please check the following:

  • Have you accepted our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy?
  • Have you received an email from us? (If not please check your SPAM folder)
  • If you have clicked the link in the email and then gone back to the app and tapped Sign in but are still not able to login please report the case to us by emailing support@myschoolapp.co.uk It will help us to know the school you are trying to login to, your name and the make and model of your phone.
